You are here to create a life that is an expression of your Soul. To create an Epic Life is an Art. The Art of Balance, Self-Care, Connection, Service to others, Adventure, Creativity, Spirituality, Friendship & Love, these are some of the elements that make for a truly meaningful Life.

When we think of The Art of Living Well , we think of “having it all”. It is actually more than that. It is the mastery of you, living and expressing who you are and finding joy in it. It is being confident and at home in your own skin, with focus and appreciation with what you have. It is being in Gratitude and continuously engaging in things that can enrich and empower you.

Start with the present. The words “present moment” are over used words. But if you think about it, it is a sensible because you can’t undo the past or work on the future. Your past is the foundation from which you can work on your present and the future holds the fruits of your present endeavours.

Introspectively look at your life and self, at the present, including your good and bad qualities. Appreciate and look at your good traits joyfully and think of ways on improving your characteristics that affect you negatively. The key is to accept both good and bad at face value with no judgement.

Find the creative expression within you. Creativity is having the courage, enchantment and trust to put an idea into form. This is not limited to creating art or literature but it is actually just getting your idea out of your head and using these ideas in your daily life, in improving yourself, also to uplift your spirit and of others.

Find your balance. Finding your balance is finding that bliss, the midpoint where no matter what circumstances life throws at you, you stay grounded, see the good and bad equally and as opportunities. Within this state of balance, it is easy for you to let go of the things that you have no control of. It is letting go of sources of stress from people to situations, frustrations and disappointments. Be assured that you’ve done your best, and leave it to nature, universe or the spirit to work on the rest.

Practice a beginner’s mind – a mindset that’s open and receptive to new things. It also keeps you aware of any adversity that comes your way; and helps you deal with it intuitively and find solutions calmly.
