Peptides are easily the most-asked-about topic in my world right now—and for good reason. When used with intention, data, and proper medical oversight, they’ve quietly changed the way we approach aging, beauty, and long-term performance.
This isn’t about trends. It’s about precision.
These are the six peptides that currently support my lifestyle, travel demands, training, and longevity goals. Each one serves a distinct purpose—no redundancy, no excess.
Often referred to as the beauty peptide—and with good reason.
GHK-Cu supports collagen synthesis, skin firmness, wound healing, and hair thickness. It works at the cellular level to improve tissue quality and regeneration, making it a foundational peptide for skin longevity and aesthetic aging.
One of the most versatile peptides available.
Derived from a gastric peptide, BPC-157 supports gut lining repair, tissue healing, circulation, and inflammation modulation. I use it primarily for gut health and recovery, but its effects extend to tendons, ligaments, nerves, and vascular tissue—making it essential for resilience.
This pairing supports healthy growth hormone signaling without overstimulation.
Benefits include deeper sleep, improved muscle tone, enhanced recovery, and cellular repair. This stack supports the body’s natural rhythms—something that becomes increasingly important as we age.
A mitochondrial-focused peptide that supports metabolic flexibility, energy production, and fat oxidation.
MOTS-C works at the cellular power-plant level, helping the body adapt to stress and improve efficiency. I think of it as metabolic intelligence—not stimulation.
A cornerstone of longevity science.
NAD+ supports cellular energy production, brain clarity, and DNA repair. Levels decline with age, stress, and travel—making replenishment a strategic tool for cognitive performance and long-term vitality.
Often called the body’s master antioxidant.
Glutathione supports detoxification, immune health, oxidative stress reduction, and skin clarity. When this pathway is supported, everything else tends to function more cleanly—from energy to complexion.
Peptides don’t replace the basics.
They don’t override poor sleep, inconsistent training, or under-eating protein.
When your lifestyle is dialed in and peptides are used strategically—guided by labs and medical expertise—they can support areas that nutrition and movement alone don’t always fully reach.
I only use prescribed peptides under medical supervision—never research-grade products.
Everything I take is based on biomarkers, goals, and ongoing evaluation with my medical team. I’ve explored many options over the years, but these six are the most effective for where I am right now.
If you’re considering peptides, work with a provider who understands dosing, timing, and personalization. This is not a space for experimentation without guidance.

Longevity isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing things with intention, intelligence, and restraint. Peptides, when used correctly, belong in that conversation.
