Gede is an accomplished personal trainer with years of experience in personal training. He is the founder of 2befit Bali with a vision for a healthier, fitter future. In addition to bespoke personal training sessions, Gede is qualified in Muay Thai, boxing and a BOSU trainer, as well as a certified functional trainer.

Healer

Ibu Jero is a native Balinese healer offering traditional therapies combined with the wisdom of both Asian and Western ideology. Fifth in a long line of Balinese healers, she brings the extensive knowledge and experience of her ancestors to bear on her enlightening work. She offers a channel between the spiritual and our physical selves, and her power is rare, being one of only a few High Priestesses in Bali. To maintain this title she, in part, lives in devotion of Bali’s spiritual traditions, visits all major temples, and even makes up to 50 offerings every day.

+ BALINESE WATER PURIFICATION CEREMONY
The Balinese-Hindu ritual of ‘Melukat’, or ritual purification, at Sebatu holy spring – located near two ancient temples: Dalem Pingit and Kusti. Hindus see the ritual as a literal cleansing of the body and a symbolic cleansing of the soul, aimed at preventing misfortune and sicknesses. Sebatu, located 25 minutes north of Ubud, is one known as one of the most ancient and holy places in Bali for spiritual purification.

+ GUIDED HIKE ALONG THE TIAMPUHAN RIDGE
Travel along the ancient Tjampuhan Ridge, a relaxed and tranquil vista high above Ubud, to Tjampuhan Temple where locals make an offering to Bali’s gods. The walk ends at the foot of the Tjampuhan Bridge, a sacred junction point in the River Oos. Along the way you will stop at art galleries and terraced rice paddies, where you can take in the emerald views of palm, coconut and rustling alang-alang which line the ridge.

+ SUNSET BLESSING AT PERTITNGET TEMPLE
Founded in the 15th century, the Petitenget Temple has an interesting legend. Petitenget means sacred box, and according to legend, a travelling priest carrying a sacred chest urged the shrine to be constructed to ward off evil spirits. The presence of this sanctuary is now said to give the surrounding locale of Seminyak a particularly tranquil atmosphere. We will enjoy a short drive to the nearby Petitenget Temple, followed by a private blessing ceremony with the temple priest and an engaging tour with a local expert.

1. To reserve your spot a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due at time of registration.
2. You may pay the remaining balance with one full, or two partial, installment(s) using the following payment method options:

3. The full balance must be paid by March 5,2019. The retreat is 6 nights and 7 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Advanced written notification is required for all trip cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable and guests are fully liable to pay the remaining balance of the Retreat Cost for any cancellation not received 45 days prior to departure. Exceptions will not be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.
